A few years back, I worked with a client who had invested heavily in a stunning visual identity—sleek logo, harmonious color palette, and typography that could make a designer weep with joy.
Yet, despite this visual feast, their audience engagement was lukewarm at best.
The disconnect?
While the brand looked impeccable, it lacked emotional resonance. There was no story, no soul, no spark that made people feel something. It was a classic case of all style, no substance.
It was like sending a runway model down the catwalk in a potato sack—great walk, zero vibe. Trust me, I've been there.
